- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized items, gift cards, and clearance sale products are not eligible for return.

- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
