1. Return Policy

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Non-returnable items: Personalized items, gift cards, and clearance sale products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@gloriabag.com with details and photos of the issue.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a return after receiving it.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@gloriabag.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
